Set or reset your lock code

Steps for
Carry-On: Duo-Carry
Set a new code
- Turn the dials to 0-0-0.
- Press and hold the reset button, right next to the dials, with a pen or similar tool.
- While holding the button, turn the dials to your new code, for example 3-1-7.
- Release the button. Your new code is saved.
Open and lock
- To open, turn the dials to your code and push the button to the left.
- To lock, close the compartment and scramble the dials.
Write your new code down somewhere safe.
If the TSA keyhole has been turned
Airport security can open the lock with a TSA key. If the keyhole was left turned, the lock won't work properly. Turn it back with a pen tip until the slot points at the red dot.
