If a device won't charge
- Recharge the power bank. The screen shows how much charge is left.
- Unplug the cable and push it fully back in, or try another cable.
- Check the device can charge from a power bank at these voltages.
- Plugging the power bank's output into its own input trips its safety cut-out. Unplug it, then charge it from a wall plug or computer.
Stop using it if the battery swells, leaks or smells
Keep it dry, between 32°F and 113°F (0°C to 45°C), and away from children. If you don't use it, charge it at least every 3 months.
