Common questions
How do I set up the app with my NOBL Air+ tracker?
Pull out the clear plastic tab inside the tracker to power it on, and a blinking red light confirms it. Turn on Bluetooth and Location Services, install the NOBL app from the App Store or Google Play, create an account, then tap Search Devices with the tracker next to your phone and connect it.
The app isn't finding my luggage. What do I check?
Check the plastic tab is fully removed, keep the tracker within Bluetooth range while scanning, and restart the app. If it connects but the location is stale, confirm Location Services are on and set the app's location permission to "Always" or "While Using".
How long does the tracker's battery last?
NOBL Air+ runs on a CR2032 coin cell, which typically lasts 1 to 3 years depending on how much you travel, so most people never need to think about it. CR2032 is a standard size you can pick up at any pharmacy or grocery store. The tracker itself is covered by a 1-year warranty.
Can I share tracking with someone else?
Yes. In the app, tap the three-dot menu next to a device to manage sharing and permissions. The same menu lets you rename the device, view its location timeline or unpair it.
Is the app available on iPhone and Android?
Yes. Search for "NOBL" in the Apple App Store or on Google Play.
